Local Authorities & Housing Associations
Over the years Fowler Building Contractors has carried out significant projects for many local authorities and housing associations, and has put in place the systems, procedures and policies necessary to assist such bodies in meeting their own targets in such areas as the environment diversity and health, safety and welfare issues.
Recently completed projects have included a number of extensions, alterations and refurbishments to schools throughout East and West Sussex, including:
• Warden Park School in Cuckfield
• Our Lady Queen of Heaven School in Crawley
• St Mary's RC Primary School in Bognor Regis
Two major school projects have also been successfully completed for the London Borough of Croydon:
• Kensington Avenue School, Norbury
• Bensham Manor School, Thornton Heath
Working in partnership with Saxon Weald Homes and Chichester Diocesan Housing Association (part of Hyde Housing Association), the company has taken part in extensive home modernisation programmes including Helicon House, Crawley (Hyde Housing Association) and numerous homes throughout the Horsham district.
The company is registered with ConstructionLine and is CHAS Approved.
